How do I return my package? Do I need to include
anything?
Only
items purchased Directly from Spigen Bangladesh will be eligible for return
request.
If the customer had purchased our products from other place please
contact them for their own policies.

Only faulty products can be replaced if it is
identified on spot in presence of delivery agent. The product is not
eligible for a replacement if you have changed your mind about the purchase/
you do not like the product after opening the package.

Refunds are given for the complete cost of the product, minus any
shipping charges, as spigen.com.bd offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Returns might not be accepted due to non-compatibility of Spigen cases
with other branded full coverage screen guards / tempered glasses. Spigen Bangladesh
will not hold any responsibility about the same.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery
service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss
or damage whilst in transit.
