All of our terms and conditions have been put in place to protect the interests of our customers and to provide the best possible service to you all. Outlined below are all of our terms and conditions. If you want to buy from this site or use our web site you can only do so on these terms and conditions, and by using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by them. Although they are written in small print, they are designed to be fair to both parties.

If you are ordering outside of Bangladesh, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.

Tax Charges

VAT stands for value-added tax, which is charged on all goods and services within Bangladesh. All our products include VAT in the displayed price.

Buying Products on Our Website

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process, after you choose your preferred delivery method. 

We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your orders that are not yet dispatched. You should inform Spigen.com.bd by using our online contact form.

Spigen Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel the order in any circumstances, not limited to unavailability and non-serviceability of the order. 

You will be credited with a full refund within 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation of the order through original mode of payment. 

Return Policy

If the customer had purchased our products from other place please contact them for their own policies.

·        Only faulty products can be replaced if it is identified on spot in presence of delivery agent. The product is not eligible for a replacement if you have changed your mind about the purchase/ you do not like the product after opening the package.

·        Refunds are given for the complete cost of the product, minus any shipping charges, as spigen.com.bd offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Returns might not be accepted due to non-compatibility of Spigen cases with other branded full coverage screen guards / tempered glasses. Spigen Bangladesh will not hold any responsibility about the same.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.

Special Considerations

All orders may be placed on hold for further security verification if billing and shipping information is different and order exceeds over 1000 .

*Spigen cases doesn't support other branded full coverage screen protectors/tempered glass due to curved edges of the device.

SHIPPING

Pick up from Office

There is no Delivery charge for Office Pick up. 

How will the delivery be done?

How much are the delivery charges?

With in Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 80 and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 120.

Note: If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it will be mentioned in Product details.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product details page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

Does Spigen.com.bd deliver internationally?

Spigen.com.bd doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.

Delivery Terms

Normal Delivery: If your shipping address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by next 48hours. If it is outside Dhaka then it will take 2-4 business days.

Note:

    Any order placed after 6 pm will be considered as order of next business day, not as same day.

    Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.

 **Cash On Delivery (COD)**

Please check the serviceability of COD pin codes on the cart page. If not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel your order.Phone verification is mandatory for all the COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Collecting your order

Pick up from Office

There is no Delivery charge for Office Pick up.

Delayed/Lost Delivery

If you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise Spigen.com.bd Customer Services of the delay/loss.
In the event of a replacement order being sent to you, all replacement item/s will be sent to you followed by confirmation of non-delivery.
